In 1968, Grand Master McLeod started his teaching career in the Tracy Kenpo Karate School in San Jose, California. In 1971, Sifu McLeod introduced Martial Arts to Monterey County and Santa Cruz, started the development of his own chain of schools and founded the Yen Ching Tao - Kenpo Karate System.
